By using the ADAS Calibration ROI Calculator (the “Estimator”), you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
The Estimator, and the estimates generated by the Estimator (“Generated Estimates”), are provided “AS IS” and are for informational purposes only. Generated Estimates are not guaranteed, and actual revenue may vary significantly from the Generated Estimates.
Revv makes no, and specifically disclaims any and all, representations or warranties concerning the Estimator and the Generated Estimates, whether statutory, express, or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or title. Without limiting the foregoing, Revv specifically disclaims any and all warranties concerning the accuracy, performance, quality, reliability, stability, or completeness of the Estimator or Generated Estimates and that any of the foregoing will meet your expectations and you acknowledge and agree that the Estimator and/or the Generated Estimates may be inaccurate, unreliable, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable or may not meet your expectations.
You use the Estimator and Generated Estimates at your own risk and assume sole responsibility for vetting, evaluating, and otherwise using the Estimator and Generated Estimates, including, without limitation, actions taken, decisions made, and conclusions drawn by you or any entity using your products or services, whether based on or otherwise in connection with the Estimator, Generated Estimates or otherwise.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, YOU RELEASE REVV AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND/OR DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE ESTIMATOR AND/OR GENERATED ESTIMATES. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER WHO RESIDES IN CALIFORNIA, YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS UNDER CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE § 1542, WHICH PROVIDES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, AND THAT IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."
